Meet Rach – co-owner of Studio Misfits since 2023 and the heart of the salon. With a deep passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces—especially for neurodiverse clients—Rach is always ready to jump in, whether it’s behind the chair or fixing a lightbulb. An artist at heart, they love painting, building LEGO masterpieces, and bringing creative energy into everything they do. You’ll rarely catch them sitting still—they’re always around the salon, making things better for everyone.

From handyman tasks to managing the day-to-day hustle, James is the quiet force making it all happen. With colourful hair that matches his vibrant personality, he brings a fun, creative spark to the salon that you can't miss.

Say hi to Paulina – our superstar salon assistant and front-of-house queen! She’s the first friendly face you’ll see at Studio Misfits, keeping the reception running like a dream while also whipping up our funniest social media posts. When she’s not holding it down in the salon, you’ll find her living for all things Drag Race – serving sass, laughs, and lots of love every step of the way.

Outside the salon, Brook finds inspiration in nature – whether it’s hiking through the bush or foraging for fungi, they’re all about earthy vibes and artistic flair.

When they’re not mixing up colours in the salon, you’ll find them rolling dice in a D&D campaign, diving into worlds of adventure and creativity. Georgie’s all about turning imagination into reality – both in the salon and beyond.
